FAQ
-
What are your store hours?
We are open Mon-Fri 9:30AM - 5:30PM and Saturday from 9:30AM - 5:30PM, closed Sunday
-
Do we buy cards, memorabilia, etc?
We do, but we are extremely picky and can not guarantee we will buy your cards due to various factors, WE DO NOT BUY ANY CARDS FROM 1970-1999.
-
Do we have ______________________?
The best way to see if we have what you are looking for is to use the search function on the homepage of this website, our entire inventory is listed here.
-
Do we host TCG Tournaments?
We do not, and currently have no plans to do so.
-
Do we buy cards/negotiate over the phone?
No, all sales must be done via our online sales channels or in store, this includes the purchase of your cards. We cannot give you an estimate of what we would pay for a card until it is in our hands and the condition has been properly evaluated.
-
How do I pay for my Facebook claims/wins/etc?
The first step is to make an account here, and be sure to include your full name, email address, and shipping address in your profile. Whenever you are ready to have your items shipped or picked up, please shoot us a message or phone call and we will send you the invoice via email for you to pay. Your items will usually ship the same day and/or be ready for pickup in store.
-
Can I return or exchange my purchase?
Typically no, but there can be exceptions. Typically if the card/item leaves the store and the view of our security cameras we will not accept a return or exchange.
-
What percentage do you buy at?
As a general rule of thumb come into the shop expecting a maximum of 70%. That does not mean you will automatically be offered this percentage, it could be lower, it could be higher. We calculate our fees for online sales into every single purchase, ebay for example takes 15% so buying at 80% is completely out of the question for us.
-
What are the best resources to price my cards?
Cardladder and Ebay are the only two resources we recommend to anyone, DO NOT trust AI apps that will tell you what a card is worth, or what the card will grade, they are ALL JUNK.
-
Do you grade cards?
We submit cards on behalf of our customers to a grading company called SGC for $25 a card, it takes roughly 4-6 months to complete.
-
Do you do appraisals for cards/memorabilia/etc?
We can give you an estimate based off what we find from the resources listed in question 9, however we DO NOT and CAN NOT give you a legal, notarized memo listing values for your collection for insurance or legal reasons.
